"Cannot speak highly enough of Joe and Black Book Pest. First - Don't be wary of the low number of reviews. Black Book is a subsidiary of Issaquah Pest Control (300+ 5 star reviews) with Black Book owner Joe doing the services. Very reputable. Besides being great to work with, Joe was incredibly thorough and identified where the rodents were coming in from, what they had unfortunately chewed through in the house, filled all entry points between my crawl and inside of the house (he knew where to look identifying gaps between house and crawl I didn't know where there), and did a full exterior inspection. Pricing was very competitive. Work was first class. Black Book was unfortunately the second local pest control company I had out to try and identify my problem. Don't make the same mistake I did, make Black Book your first call, not second. One happy customer here."
